Faculty & Staff meal plans will become active within 1 business day after successful payment receipt. The meal swipes can be use at the all-you-care-to-eat facilities: The Food Hall at Gator Corner and The Eatery at Broward Hall. If the meal plan comes with faculty/staff flex, those are to be used at any retail dining location on UF campus.

There is no expiration date for your meal plan. However, your meal plan and funds will expire 30 days after your termination date with the University. If a refund is requested, a $5 admin fee will apply.

Specific dates are to be determined. Dining Halls will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, winter holiday, and spring break. Dining location hours are subject to change and closures may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, critical maintenance/repairs, utility outages, or other conditions as determined by dining or University management.  Meal plans are not refundable due to temporary closures.

Meal swipes may be used at the two dining halls: The Eatery at Broward Hall and Food Hall at Gator Corner. Unlike student meal plans, the meal swipe can be used to treat a guest as well.  There is a 5 seconds delay to prevent duplicate swipes. For all meal plans that include meal swipes, a retail equivalency option is available at select retail locations, once per day*.

*Retail equivalency counts as one meal plan swipe from the total number of meals in your plan.

Use faculty/staff flex to purchase a meal from all dining locations on campus.

You must pay for your meal plan with a credit card at the time of purchase. All funds and plans purchased for use in Florida Fresh Dining are non-transferable, meals may not be bought or sold and meal plan funds cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
