Enjoy New Bookstore Discount at Appreciation Event April 14-15
The UF Bookstore is introducing new, ongoing savings for the campus community, kicking off with a special two-day in-store event on April 14 and 15.
Employees of UF and UF Health, military personnel (active duty or retired), and first responders will now enjoy a 10% everyday discount on apparel and gifts*. This new benefit will be available year-round and is being officially introduced during the event. A valid ID will be required to receive the discount.
University departments will continue to receive a 20% discount on apparel, gifts, and school supplies for departmental purchases**.
During the event, stop by the UF Bookstore to:
- Take advantage of the new discount
- Order custom jerseys featuring your name
- Enter raffles for a chance to win one of four $50 UF Bookstore gift cards
- Enjoy light refreshments throughout both days
UF recently renewed its long-standing partnership with Follett Higher Education, the university’s bookstore partner since 2000. The new agreement brings not only new savings but Follett also will invest $2.5 million to refresh the Welcome Center Bookstore, creating an enhanced campus destination that showcases Gator pride.
Renovations will begin this spring and will be phased to ensure the store remains open, with completion expected before the start of fall classes.
