Faculty & Staff Meal Plan Terms & Conditions

All funds and plans purchased for use in Florida Fresh Dining are for the sole personal use of the account owner or plan holder and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold and meal plan funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Florida Fresh Dining funds and plans are non-refundable.

Faculty/Staff Meal Plan Redemption Location Details

Meal swipes may be used at Arredondo Café or the two dining halls: The Eatery at Broward Hall and the Food Hall at Gator Corner. There is no time delay/waiting period between swipes.  For example, you may swipe 2 meals at once if you’d like to take a guest to lunch.  In addition, a retail meal option is available at select retail locations, one swipe per day.

Meal swipes do not expire.  They will remain on your account until you use all funds or your leave the university, in which case the funds will expire 30 days after your termination date.

Faculty/Staff Flex

Use Flex to purchase a snack or meal from any dining location on campus, including the dining halls.
Faculty/Staff Flex does not expire.  It will remain on your account until you use all funds or leave the university, in which case the funds will expire 30 days after your termination date.

Meal Plan Payment

All Faculty/Staff meal plans must be paid by credit or debit card via the meal plan portal.

Meal Plans are Non-Transferable

All Meal Plans are non-transferable.
