Eddie Daniels, Assistant Vice President, Business Services
Eddie Daniels assumed the role of Assistant Vice President for Business Services in July 2017. Eddie began his career in local government, serving in various professional roles in the Office of Youth Development, City of Indianapolis, and as Government Management Specialist at the Northeast Georgia Area Planning and Development Commission, Athens, GA. Subsequently, Eddie made a career shift to higher education. Over the last three decades, Eddie has held positions in Student Affairs at various universities: Program Advisor in the Department of Student Activities, University of Georgia; Associate Director for Programs at the Russell House University Union, University of South Carolina (USC), and subsequently Director of the Student Union at USC; Director of the Student Union and Student Activities, University of Virginia; Director of Campus Activities, University of Connecticut; and most recently Executive Director of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, the University of Florida for the last 12 years. Eddie has held a variety of leadership positions in the Association of College Unions International.
Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Zoology from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, and a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) Degree from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Lynda Reinhart, Senior Director, Stephen C. O’Connell Center
Lynda M. Reinhart currently serves as the Director of the University of Florida’s Stephen C. O’Connell Center. She began working at the venue as a part time student in 1994 and was appointed to the full time staff in 1998. Lynda worked her way up the ranks until she was named Director in July 2007. At the University of Florida she served as adjunct professor where she directed student research on the feasibility of a facility management degree program at UF and taught a Facilities Management course. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Recreational Studies, both from UF.
An active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) since 1997, Lynda has attended numerous training/educational opportunities and also a graduate of the Venue Management School, the Graduate Institute, and the Academy for Venue Safety and Security. Her involvement on the Body of Knowledge Task Force was instrumental in developing a standardized facility management curriculum and college textbook. Lynda has also served on the organization’s Arenas Committee (2015-2016 Chair), University Committee, Foundation Marketing Sub-Committee, Professional Development and Budget/ Finance Committees and served as Sector Director for Universities on the Board of Directors from 2009-2011.
Lynda is an active member of the Country Music Association (CMA), International Entertainment Buyers’ Association (IEBA), Florida Facility Managers Association (FFMA), Alachua County Hospitality Council, Rotary Club of Gainesville and the Gainesville Sports Commission. Previously, she has served as a FFMA At-Large Board Member, Chair of the FFMA Scholarship Committee, and President of the Sports Commission. Lynda is currently serving as Vice President for FFMA and Sector Director for Arenas on the IAVM Board of Directors. She is a member of the Executive Committee for both organizations.
Matt Mueller, Director, Food & Beverage Services, Business Services
Matt Mueller joined the University of Florida, Office of Business Services, in June of 2020, assuming the new role of Director of Food and Beverage Services. In that role, he oversees the contracts for food and beverage services, pouring rights, and vending across campus. He also oversees the catering solutions for the campus through our on-campus provider, as well as our roster of approved off-campus caterers. Previous to joining the University, Matt held numerous leadership positions with Sodexo, overseeing higher education food service accounts in Florida (FSU), New York (RPI), and Illinois (IIT, University of St. Francis, Benedictine University). Before joining Sodexo, Matt owned and operated two restaurants in the Chicago suburbs.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.
Robin Stewart, Director of Auxiliary Services, Business Services
Robin Stewart joined the Business Services team in July of 2021. As the Director of Auxiliary Services, Robin is responsible for the contract management, program development, and customer services oversight of the UF Bookstore, the GATORONE office, Florida Fresh Dining, Print and Mail Services, and Wells Fargo. Robin also performs strategic planning, implementation, and manages the day-to-day operations to ensure excellence in service delivery. Robin recently worked at the University of Memphis, where she had a similar role in Auxiliary Services. Prior to the University of Memphis, Robin held relevant positions at the University of Louisville, including Assistant Director for Card Services & Contract Administration.
Robin is from Louisville, Kentucky, and is excited to explore Gainesville with her husband, Greg.
Marshall Gray, Assistant Director of Business Services
Marshall Gray has been a Business Services professional for 27 years and he joined the UF Business Services team in February 2022 as the Assistant Director of Business Services. Marshall is responsible for Print and Mail Services and Passport Services. Before joining the Business Services Team, Marshall directed the Postal, Printing, Vending and Passport business operations for Western Kentucky University. Marshall served the WKU & Bowling Green community over the years and his involvement included Chair of the WKU Staff Senate, member of the WKU budget council, the City of Bowling Green Police Chief Citizens Task Force, the Bowling Green Human Rights Commission, the WKU National Alumni Board of Directors and Chair of the Housing Authority of Bowling Green, Board of Commissioners. Marshall also served in a professional compacity on the Board of Directors for the National Association of College & University Mail Services and the regional Board of Directors for the College & University Mail Services Association. Marshall was awarded the Outstanding Passport Acceptance Facility of the Year by the US Department of State and he received the Mail Manager of the Year Award by the College and University Mail Services Association. Marshall also previously owned a The UPS Store in Bowling Green, KY.
Marshall holds two degrees from Western Kentucky University in Corporate & Organizational Communications and Business Management. On his free time, Marshall enjoys traveling and exploring new trails to ride his bicycle with his wife, Sonya.
Hana Prudilova McNeal, Associate Director for Financial Services, Business Services
Hana Prudilova McNeal has been a member of the Business Services team since 2015 and has assumed the role of Associate Director for Financial Services in April 2021. Her main responsibilities include oversight of the accounting office, preparation of financial statements, administration of the meal plan program, budgeting, review of all departmental financial activity, and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. She is also responsible for ensuring contractual compliance by Business Services’ assorted subcontractors and fulfillment of their respective financial obligations. She enjoys analyzing financial data and providing departmental managers with valuable data they can use to improve their operations.
Hana came to the United States in 2004 on an athletic scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi, to continue her passion for track and field, while obtaining a collegiate education. She earned a B.S.B.A. degree in International Business, an M.B.A. with a focus in Finance, and an M.S. in Economic Development. In her free time, Hana likes to spend time with her family (husband and two extremely busy little boys), go to the beach, and travel.
Bill McGinn, Assistant Director, Facilities and Operations, Business Services
Bill is responsible for the oversight of facilities construction/ renovation, and facilities maintenance and operations. In addition to managing facilities and operations in dining, bookstore and vending spaces, Bill manages sourcing and purchasing of assets belonging to the University. Bill also serves as the liaison and primary contact for internal and external facility operations related to building safety/security and serves as the building emergency coordinator and trainer and is the staff representative for the division on the University Emergency Operations Team (EOT).
Bill is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and earned an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
Bill has been a part of the Business Services team for over ten years. He is an avid traveler, homebrewer and lives in Williston with his wife Kari and several pets.
Jennifer Banfield, Marketing & Communications Specialist, Business Services
Jenn Banfield has worked with Business Services at the University of Florida since 2018. Prior to her position at UF, she worked for a non-profit in public relations.
Currently, she oversees marketing and communications for Business Services. She works closely with the University’s business partners, Aramark, Follett, Pepsi, and Canteen. She assists with the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies, increasing awareness of Business Services and its programs. Jenn is responsible for developing and managing publications and promotional materials including brochures, print ads, web content, social media, and other digital initiatives.
Jenn is a double Gator, having graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations and an M.B.A., both from UF. You will find Jenn at Gator football games, hiking beautiful Gainesville trails, and hanging out with her black Labrador Retriever, Ben.
