Faculty & Staff meal plans will become active within one business day after successful payment is received. Meal swipes may be used at UF’s two all-you-care-to-eat dining halls:

• The Eatery at Broward Hall
• The Food Hall at Gator Corner

Plans that include Faculty & Staff Flex may also be used to make purchases at retail dining locations across campus.

Your meal plan does not have a set expiration date. However, any remaining meal swipes and Flex funds will expire 30 days after your employment with the University ends.

Refund requests are subject to a $5 administrative fee.

Dining halls will be closed during certain University breaks and holidays, including Thanksgiving, winter break and spring break. Specific closure dates will be posted as they are determined. Dining location hours are subject to change. Temporary closures may also be necessary due to inclement weather, critical maintenance or repairs, utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. Meal plans are not refundable due to temporary dining location closures.

Meal swipes may be used at The Eatery at Broward Hall and The Food Hall at Gator Corner. Unlike student meal plans, Faculty & Staff meal plans allow you to use a meal swipe for a guest. A brief five-second delay is required between swipes to prevent duplicate transactions.

Faculty & Staff Flex works like declining-balance funds and may be used to purchase food and beverages at dining locations across the UF campus.

Faculty & Staff meal plans must be paid for by credit card at the time of purchase. All meal plans and funds purchased for use with Florida Fresh Dining are non-transferable. Meals and plan funds may not be bought, sold or transferred to another individual, and meal plan funds may not be used to purchase gift cards.
