Guide for Caterers & Mobile Food Vendors
If you haven’t been officially approved as a UF caterer yet, you won’t be able to do business on campus
Step 1
Register as a UF Vendor in the Supplier Portal.
Once you obtain your Vendor ID, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
After you obtain your Vendor ID, visit the Self-Service Portal to submit the following required documents:
- A valid copy of the State of Florida business license
- General liability insurance
- Automobile insurance
- Valid alcohol license and insurance
- Catering Services Agreement
- If you’re a mobile food vendor, complete the Mobile Food Vendor Protocols form.
Business Services will review and approve your account. Once approved, you can manage your documents from your account (See Step 3).
Step 3
Upload and manage the required documents in the Self-Service Portal. You may also use this portal to update expired or about to expire documents.
