Order Cap & Gown

Herff Jones is the official location to order your cap & gown for UF’s commencement ceremonies. Only regalia ordered through their site is acceptable to wear at your University of Florida ceremonies. All regalia ordered before your deadline of June 28th, 2024 will ship to your address you provide during the ordering process. Place your order now at herff.ly/uf.

If you missed your deadline to order regalia, your last window to order is July 1st-July 5th with rush shipping fees.

The site will close on July 5th at midnight.

If you have missed both of your deadlines to order regalia for Summer 2024, you can stop by the UF Bookstore beginning August 5th-August 9th to place an in person late order. Additional late fees apply. Shipping is not available for late orders. Limited quantities and sizes will be available.

Requirements & Instructions

To order a cap & gown, you must be registered to graduate for the current term. If you did not register to graduate for the current term, but should have, you will need to read and complete a late degree application.

You will be required to provide height and weight information to make sure that you receive the appropriate gown.

If you would like to order UF Graduation Announcements, please visit Herff Jones website, herff.ly/uf. A Herff Jones representative will be on campus from June 12, 2024 from 11:00 a.m.  – 3:00 p.m.
