The University has a specific Pouring Rights agreement with Pepsi to be the exclusive beverage provider to the University and UF Health facilities in the State of Florida.  Only Pepsi products can be served at UF/UF Health facilities.  The list of products includes the following: soft drinks, juices, energy drinks, chilled bottled or canned coffee/iced tea, Aquafina/Propel water, and Gatorade.  Adherence to the Pepsi agreement extends to events such as catered functions, faculty meetings, Dean’s luncheons, staff retreats, and/or special events.  

UF Procurement Services has worked closely with Pepsi and Mister Paper to provide a convenient ordering process for procuring smaller quantities of Pepsi products. For orders of less than 15 cases, Pepsi products can be ordered from Mister Paper in the myUF Market using the following link: https://cfo.ufl.edu/pepsi-2/.

Occasionally, you may observe Pepsi pricing specials in local stores advertised to attract customers. Although these offers may be enticing, the University’s partnership with Pepsi should be honored by placing orders directly with either Mister Paper or Pepsi. Ordering Pepsi products for your own personal use directly through Pepsi or Mr. Paper is prohibited.
