Order Cap & Gown

Herff Jones is the official location to order your cap & gown for UF’s commencement ceremonies.

For ceremonies held between May 1st – May 23rd, your deadline to order with standard shipping is March 21st.

Late orders are available to order March 24th – March 28th with rush shipping only.

The site will close on March 28th at midnight for all graduation ceremonies May 1st – May 23rd. If you have missed both of your deadlines to order regalia, you can stop by. the UF Bookstore beginning April 21st – May 5th to place a late order. Additional fees apply. Shipping is not available for late orders. Only limited quantities and sizes will be available.

If you have placed your regalia order before your deadline, your order will ship to the address you provided. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your regalia to ship.

Doctoral regalia is rented from Herff Jones. Please retain your shipping box and enclosed return shipping label provided with your regalia. Regalia needs to be shipped back to Herff Jones one week after your UF graduation ceremony.

• Doctoral Regalia: Gown & Hood are rented, and you must return them to Herff Jones. Tam/hat and tassel are yours to keep.
• Bachelor Regalia: All Bachelor Regalia is purchased and yours to keep.
• Master Regalia: All Master Regalia is purchased and yours to keep.

Honor Cords – are for Undergraduates only. Please order honor cords at UFloridashop.com.
