I am graduating/transferring/withdrawing from UF. How do I receive a refund from my accounts?
A refund may be requested after the holder graduates, withdraws, or terminates employment from the University.  All refund requests must be directed to GATORONE by emailing dining@bsd.ufl.edu with proof of leaving the University. Refunds are issued by paper check and are issued within 4-6 weeks after receiving the request.

Refunds are subject to a $10.00 Administrative Fee. If the balance is less than $10.00 and the holder declines the donation options, then the entire remaining balance will be applied to the Administrative Fee. Please note the holder will NOT be invoiced for the difference between the balance and the $10.00 Administrative Fee.

The holder may donate remaining funds to the University of Florida Foundation to either the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program scholarship fund or the President’s Fund. All gifts to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible and documentation will be provided by the University of Florida Foundation, Inc.
