2025-2026 Terms & Conditions – Faculty & Staff

**Your meal plan will be activated once credit card payment is verified.**

 

By purchasing a Faculty & Staff Meal Plan, you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Fall and Spring semester hours of operation begin when the residence halls open and end when the residence halls close. Specific dates are to be determined. Dining Halls will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, winter holiday, spring break, and other University holidays. Dining location hours are subject to change and closures may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, critical maintenance/repairs, utility outages, or other conditions as determined by dining or University management.  Meal plans are not refundable due to temporary closures.

MEAL SWIPES

Meal swipes may be used at the two dining halls: The Eatery at Broward Hall and Food Hall at Gator Corner.

FACULTY / STAFF FLEX

Faculty / staff flex may be used at any on-campus location. Taxes will be assessed upon usage.

MEAL PLAN PAYMENT

Meal plan charges will be due at the time of purchase.

MEAL PLANS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE

All funds and plans purchased for use in Florida Fresh Dining are for the sole personal use of the account owner or plan holder and are non-transferable. Meals may not be bought or sold and meal plan funds cannot be used to purchase gift cards.  Only the participant may use the allotted meals at the dining halls. The Flex portion of the Meal Plan may be used to treat friends to a meal if desired.

EXPIRATION

Meal swipes and faculty / staff flex will expire 30 days after termination or leaving campus. If a refund is approved, a $10 administrative fee will be applied.
